Steve Robin directed nine episodes of the TNT series Dallas, beginning with the episode "Collateral Damage in Season 1. In addition to his work on Dallas, Steve has directed episodes for such popular TV shows as Rizzoli & Isles, Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice.
Also a producer, he also served in that capacity for such popular TV shows as ABC-TV's Boston Legal, for which he also directed seven episodes, FOX's Ally McBeal, and CBS-TV's Picket Fences.
In 1999, Robin won a Primetime Emmy Award for his work on Ally McBeal as a part of the producing team.[1]
